About Hamza
After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2019, Hamza took the VA/MD real estate industry by storm. He began his business by finding high-resale value areas for many of his college friends who were just starting out buying their first homes. Many took advantage of first-time home buyer programs and were able to start investing and build upon their investments. These experiences truly developed Hamza's keen insight on explosive areas in the market and how best to negotiate winning deals for his clients. In 2022, Hamza Estates came into fruition. One of Hamza's lifelong missions is to build a client family that he can continue to support time and time again, whether it be ways to expand out from a current home, build a dream home, or even invest in fixer-uppers. Hamza will always be ready to jump in and provide his insight for YOUR best interest!

The Sohail family recently welcomed a beautiful angel to the family and were excited to move into a new place they could call home for the next several years. They loved these newly constructed 4 bed 3 bath townhomes in the Patapsco Glen community close to Baltimore MD. This community borders the Patapsco River running through the ginormous Patapsco Valley State Park. There is tons of walkability in the area not to mention a lot of plans to build more.
Tommy & Sarah
Tommy and Sarah were looking for a modern townhouse in Charlottesville, VA. They wanted to ensure that this property can be rented out to others as well. Stanley Martin Homes had a large construction project of 2-level condos and main-level townhomes underway and they are still building around! The plan is to develop an entire Brookhill Town Center with tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Johnson Family
Our team in D.C. found a perfect flipping opportunity. This single family home was located right next to the Potomac River and just minutes from the Ronald Reagan International Airport. The 2.5 baths and kitchen were completely remodeled with modern appliances. A garage was taken down and converted into an additional bedroom.
